To answer your question, I don't truly have a plan or idea on how to get the word out. I simply reflected that since I've dropped in to this thread several times, yet I was unaware of its purpose, I figured that most users are not even aware that there is such a thread here on Ivelt.

We could post a link to this thread with a short description in the "I just wanted to tell you that..." thread.

I would be willing to assist with teaching or helping others learn English in any capacity.

This is actually not exactly what the creator of this thread had in mind. However over time, the thread has transformed into something like that. Although, to be accurate, I wouldn't define it as designated to the study of the English language. A thread to constructively practice your English language skills would be the correct term.
And for those of us not in the need of practice, 'a thread to show off your fluency in English and a place to be able to correct others' would be the right way to describe it .
