Traveling this week? Chaim V’Chessed provides a synopsis of guidelines for international travel:
All travelers to the US, aged two and over, must present a Covid test taken no more than one calendar day before the date of travel. The test can be either a PCR or an antigen test. A partial list of testing locations around Israel can be found here.
All travelers to Israel, regardless of citizenship or age, must fill out this entry form within 48 hours of travel. An approval form will be emailed to you upon completion; bring a printed or digital copy of this to the airport.
Tourists must present a PCR test taken within 72 hours of departure. Israeli citizens and residents, as well as A-class visa holders, are exempt from this pre-flight test.
Children of visa holders who do not have valid visas in their passports are required to test.
Upon arrival, all travelers are required to perform a PCR test at the airport. This can be booked and paid for in advance via the online entry form.
More details on entry to Israel may be found here.
When traveling to England, no forms or tests are required at this time.
